Data360 participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU – U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. Data360 is committed to subjecting all personal data received from European Union (EU) member countries and Switzerland, in reliance on the Privacy Shield Framework, to the Framework’s applicable Principles. Data360 is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under the Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. Data360 complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU and Switzerland, including the onward transfer liability provisions.
With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework, Company is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, Data360 may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

Information Collection and Use
The Company collects application usage statistics.
An IP address is a number assigned to a computer for accessing the Internet. All computer identification on the Internet is conducted with IP addresses, which allow computers and servers to recognize and communicate with each other. Data360 collects IP addresses in order to conduct system administration, report aggregate information to sponsors and advertisers, and to conduct site analysis. If a visitor requests pages from the Data360 platform, the Data360 servers enter the visitor’s IP address into a log. Data360 will use IP addresses to identify any visitors who refuse to comply with Data360 terms of service, and to identify visitors who threaten its service, site, or customers.
Information Related to Data Collection
The Company collects information under the direction of its clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. We collect information for our clients, if you are a customer of one of our clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our clients that use our service, please contact the client that you interact with directly.
The Company may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the provisions in this policy regarding notice and choice and the service agreements with our clients.
We acknowledge that you have the right to access your personal information. The Company has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the Company’s client (the data controller). If the client requests Company to remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 business days.
We may also occasionally send you push notifications through our mobile application to send you updates, and other service related notifications that may be of importance to you. You may at any time opt-out from receiving these types of communications by turning them off at the device level through your settings.
However, if requested by law, The Company holds its right to share your information with the authorities; as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process; when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request; to any other third party with your prior consent to do so.
